The following table shows the maximum and minimum rotation angles of the XBots in all three axes of rotation (Rx, Ry, and Rz). The XBots rotate about their center axis. The Rx and Ry rotation is measured with the XBot levitating at the maximum height of 4mm, as the rotation is often limited by the XBot edge contacting the Flyway surface. For any non-square XBots (e.g. M3-08, M3-09, and M3-11) the rotation limits are provided as the x-axis being parallel to the long side of the XBot. The Rz limits of some of the XBots are slightly decreased when the XBot is in motion. The Rz limits are provided for both motion and stationary cases.

* For some XBots vibration occurs near the center of the Flyway (i.e. position 120, 120) with maximum Rx or Ry angles.
** Rz limits provided in this table are for the Rz motion range at any X/Y position on the system. Full Rz rotation is possible at the centre of each Flyway for M3-06 and M3-08 XBots.
