Scan XID

This command is used to obtain the global unique 64bit ID of an XBot.

The XBot must be positioned depending on orientation, please see XBot ID Management.

All XBots on the specified Flyway will be deactivated by this command.

Preconditions	XBot State is Idle, or inactive, and positioned in a valid reading location.
Postconditions	XBot's global unique ID is read.
